Blues /Rock Highway, Barrelhouse come on stage
looking like Scottish "Lifers" out on parole to
attend a Gangland funeral.
It's only when they hit their traditional, contemporary
and self composed Blues stride that you realise that
they are only now peaking after hellraising in clubs
throughout the U.K., France, Spain, Switzerland,
Denmark, Germany and (most intriguingly) North Africa.
With a unique combination of Grit, Guts and
Savoir Faire, Barrelhouse are "Elegantly Battered
Rockers", their music documenting their chequered
intertwined experiences and their genuine affinity
for the Blues.
